last weekend i went to the Tokyo Fashion Festa in NYC. it was really awesome! it was inspiring to see some prints in real life which i've only seen in photos... like Vampire Requiem *drools*
anyways, i had an awesome time, and it was really great to reconnect with some fellow loli buddies from the surrounding area! : 3
the highlight of the night by far though was meeting Misako Aoki, and getting a photo taken with her! :D i've loved her and her style for a long time! it's so refreshing to see more simple and elegant, while still adorable outfits!
she even posted a photo of my friends and i with her on her blog... unfortunately we all look pretty silly (derpy) but hey, it's still really nice that she put it up! : )Check out her photos from that weekend!
